Not only does the effluent meet the stringent of environmental disposal regulations it is pure enough to be recycled back into the production system.

EFS is the process of simultaneous disinfecting and removing heavy metals and complex organic compounds  from industrial wastewater. The heart of the system is the generation of stable Oxygen (O₂) and Hydrogen (H₂) microbubbles, maintaining the effluent's pH level and generating Chlorine in the presence of Chlorides (view lab results).          
Our special coated anodes  are designed to allow the bubbles to be dispersed into the influent quickly and evenly enhancing the effective contact with particles and their floatation efficiency. The optimal electrode spacing and precise fully automated control of the electric current results in a significant energy saving (>0.5 Kw/M³). A sludge layer is formed which consists of metal hydroxides and organic components and rapidly is floated to the top where it is skimmed away. 
As  no chemicals are added the separated sludge is the exact amount of contamination in the water and the valuable ingredients of the sludge can be recovered and recycled. 
With certain heavily contaminatetd influent a small amount of cougulant/floculants may be added to enhance the efficiency of the the treatment process.
